Are you full of ideas, obsessed with great branding, and up for a creative challenge? We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Executive to join the Beannchor marketing team and work on a range of dynamic brands including The National, The Dirty Onion, Yardbird, The Second Fiddle, Sixty6, The Hillside and Jenny Watts, as well as some exciting new projects.
As Marketing Executive, you’ll collaborate with the wider marketing team to deliver eye-catching, engaging campaigns that reflect each venue’s own unique style and ethos. You’ll need to be creatively driven, highly organised, and excited to take ownership of projects across digital, print, PR, and live events.
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and deliver creative and results-driven marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution.
- Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and run targeted ad campaigns using Meta Business Tools.
- Create and edit engaging Instagram reels to promote a variety of venues.
- Coordinate design and print needs: brief designers, write and proof copy, manage artwork lists and print jobs.
- Create engaging email campaigns, manage databases, and track performance.
- Update websites via CMS platforms to ensure info is accurate and fresh (events, menus, offers).
- Handle advertising across digital, print, and outdoor channels.
- Oversee photography and videography, brief creatives, attend shoots and manage outputs.
- Manage budgets, process purchase orders, and support marketing admin tasks.
- Collaborate with PR agency on media opportunities and influencer engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams, keeping everyone aligned and supported.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar marketing role.
- Skills: Strong copywriting and proofreading, excellent social media and digital advertising know-how.
- Creativity: A fresh thinker who knows how to stand out from the crowd.
- Organisation: Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Brand instinct: Able to understand and reflect different brands and their tone of voice in all communications.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with tools like CMS platforms, email marketing software, and CapCut.
- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong budgeting and campaign planning skills.
- Experience working with content creation.
- Clear communication and teamwork skills.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, however the role requires you to be flexible as you will occasionally be required to work evenings and weekends to suit the needs of the business.
