Beannchor is one of Northern Irelands largest hospitality companies including properties such as The Merchant Hotel and a number of licensed properties across Northern Ireland.
The role involves:
- All aspects of maintenance covering electrical, plumbing, plus all various trades required to maintain the running of the hotel and licensed properties as required, working as part of a small team of maintenance engineers.
Salary: £35,535
Selected Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified time‑served electrician
- Proven experience within a maintenance environment (minimum 3 years desirable five years), ideally within the hospitality service sector.
- Good IT skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance staff and various heads of departments
- Resourceful and self‑motivated
- Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
- Required to work a weekend every 4 weeks
- For insurance purposes the candidate must be over 25 and have a full UK driving licence
