Maintenance Electrician
The role involves:
- All aspects of maintenance covering electrical, plumbing, plus all various trades required to maintain the running of the hotel and licensed properties as required working as part of a small team of maintenance engineers.
This role offers a competitive salary. The successful candidate will be:
- Qualified time served electrician
- Proven experience within a maintenance environment (minimum 3 years, desirable five years), ideally within the hospitality service sector.
- Good I.T. skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance staff and various Heads of Departments
- Resourceful and self-motivated
- Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
Required to work a weekend every 4 weeks. For insurance purposes, the candidate must be over 25 and have a full UK driving licence.
