We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our Little Wing Sliced Management team.
About the Job! This role has a primary focus in a fast paced busy kitchen. You will assist the General Manager in controlling the outlet according to company guidelines and assist in maximizing the revenue of food and beverage by consistently providing high quality, professional and well organized service. You will be responsible for assisting the GM in implementing initiatives to drive revenue and footfall for the restaurant, implementing local marketing initiatives, creating close ties with local community and charity groups, and working with your team to deliver a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. It’s a super exciting position which offers you the chance to work in a fast paced and friendly environment. More importantly though, you get to work with our award-winning team and help us with our civic duty by providing glorious Little Wing pizza to the public!
We believe in work life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hours per week, over five shifts including weekends. As reward you can expect a competitive salary of £29,000 - £32,000, paid fortnightly.

- Essential Criteria
- 2 years previous experience in a kitchen environment.
- 1 years’ experience in a similar position level leading a kitchen team.
- Ambitious Managers who want to progress.
- Proven track record of organisational skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza.
- Strong customer focus.
- Desirable Criteria
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in an Assistant Management position.
- NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Management.
Potential earnings of up to £35,200 (inclusive of bonus).
