Beannchor Group in Belfast is seeking an experienced Assistant Bar Manager for The Meeting House to support the General Manager and drive daily operations. You will lead shifts, help recruit, train and develop a bar team of around 30–35 staff, maintain excellent service standards, handle customer feedback and assist with rosters, stock control, cash handling and KPIs.
