Beannchor is one of Northern Irelands largest hospitality companies including properties such as The Merchant Hotel and a number of licenced properties across Northern Ireland Beannchor has the following vacancy: Maintenance Electrician The role involves: All Aspects of maintenance covering Electrical, Plumbing, plus all various trades required to maintain the running of the hotel and licenced properties as required working as part of a small team of maintenance engineers. The salary for this role is £35,535 The successful candidate will be: Qualified time served Electrician Proven experience within a maintenance environment (minimum 3 years desirable five years) Ideally within the hospitality service sector. Good I.T. Skills Good communication skills Attention to detail Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance staff and various Heads of Departments Resourceful and self-motivated Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative Required to work a weekend every 4 weeks.
