We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at the five-star Merchant Hotel. When it comes to hospitality and customer service, we believe we are the best in the business. Therefore, we are looking for the best people to join our award-winning team. This is primarily an office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends to support client events, familiarisation trips, site inspections, and show rounds.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
  • Positive attitude and committed to delivering a high level of customer service

Desirable Criteria:

  • At least 1 years experience in hotel sales or a hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of hotel booking or CRM systems
