Taylor and Clay are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team at Bullitt Hotel. Our no-nonsense philosophy means we focus on delivering quality service without unnecessary extras. Our award-winning restaurant, Taylor & Clay, features an open kitchen with an Asador wood-fired grill, and our rooftop restaurant, Tetto, has a bespoke robata grill. You\βll be preparing the finest local meat, seafood, and vegetables to serve some of the best food in the city.
Rate of pay: from Β£28,000 β Β£30,000 depending on experience.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy, modern kitchen
- Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety practices, and regulations
