We’re building the future of home renovation. Since 2022, Beams has been on a mission to deliver a simpler and greener renovation experience for homeowners and contractors facilitated through a tech first platform. As our first in house Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by generating high-quality leads that fuel our sales pipeline. Your expertise in data-driven marketing and campaign optimization will directly impact the success of our mission.
This role will sit in our 4-person marketing team, reporting to our Head of Growth. Work alongside industry experts with a proven record of driving exceptional business growth, helping you thrive in a dynamic, skilled team.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Display Networks, ensuring cost-effective lead generation.
- Optimise media spend to drive maximum ROI, aligning with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the business.
- Leverage A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting to enhance campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams on initiatives to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels to expand reach and improve efficiency.
Hands-on expertise in performance marketing strategies, with an understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives. Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot CRM, or similar platforms. A data enthusiast who enjoys analysing metrics and turning insights into action. A self-starter, comfortable taking ownership of performance metrics and driving growth initiatives independently.
