Role Description
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee foster carers, ensuring they provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular home visits
- Supervising and assessing foster carers
- Developing support plans
- Ensuring compliance with fostering regulations
- Providing guidance, training, and assistance to foster carers
- Some out of hours tasks, via an on-call rota
Office is based in Gorleston, our carer location is wide.
Qualifications
