Machine Operator/Glue Minder Duties
- Operate gluing machinery across various carton styles including undersize, straight-line, crash lock, and integral fitments.
- Ensure high-quality standards are upheld throughout the production process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to maintain optimal output.
- Work effectively under tight deadlines and communicate clearly with team members.
- Lead a small team and report directly to the Gluing Manager.
