Beamery’s unique jobs, skills and tasks data platform helps organizations navigate these challenges and make more informed decisions across Talent Lifecycle Management. Our solutions power recruitment, mobility, upskilling, diversity, work architecture and workforce planning for some of the world’s most forward-thinking companies.

We believe that where you work is much more than just a job. Millions of people are being left behind every day in their careers, and we’re on a mission to fix this by creating equal access to meaningful work, skills and careers for all. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a representative Beamery, creating an equitable, inclusive and engaging environment for our people.

So, what are you waiting for? Join us and help us transform the future of work once and for all.

What’s ahead — and why it’s an exciting time to join the team:

  • Deepening our native integrations with SAP, Workday, Microsoft, and LinkedIn to seamlessly embed our skills intelligence into the platforms where critical workforce decisions are made.
  • Embedding our agentic AI to help customers plan smarter for the future—powering workforce strategies, internal mobility, and skills forecasting.
  • Advancing our use of proprietary LLMs and knowledge graph technology to help organizations unlock broader talent pools, make fairer decisions, and expand access to opportunity at scale.

But it’s not all about creating high-quality products, we also very much value the company culture we have worked hard to create; built on trust, empathy & honesty ensuring our workforce is able to bring their full selves to work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain reporting that product managers, engineering leads, and the exec team actually use to tell stories and make decisions. This includes recurring dashboards in Hex as well as one-off analyses in response to specific product questions.
  • Partner directly with PMs across the portfolio (Talent CRM, Work Architecture, Work Intelligence) to answer product questions such as usage, adoption, retention, feature performance, conversion through key flows.
  • Maintain the product analytics tool stack (incl. Pendo, and Hex). Make sure they're configured well, integrated properly, and that PMs and designers can get to the answers they need without always going through you.
  • Enable PMs to self-serve. Build the dashboards, templates, and documentation that mean routine questions don't need an analyst in the loop. Your job is to make yourself unnecessary for the easy stuff so you can focus on the hard stuff.
  • Design and iterate AI agent workflows to automate prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, and follow-up.
  • Leverage LLM-powered tools to build scalable, autonomous product ops processes (e.g. customer and market feedback ops, roadmap and planning, process and governance, internal communication and team enablement).
  • Instrument agents with feedback loops and quality controls.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tooling and document agent architectures so workflows are reproducible and maintainable.

What we're looking for

  • Strong SQL. You'll be writing it daily, against messy real-world data, and you should be comfortable doing so as a stand-alone SME.
  • A track record in product analytics, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally somewhere with multiple products or a reasonably complex data model.
  • Hands-on experience with Pendo or a comparable product analytics tool (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap), and with a SQL-based exploration tool like Hex, Mode, or similar.
  • You can tell a clear story with data such as building a dashboard that doesn't need a tour, or present a finding to a PM or a VP with strong clarity and focus.
  • Pragmatism. Beamery's data isn't pristine. We need someone who can make progress in a real environment in the face of imperfect conditions.
  • Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered automation workflows - either in a business or personal context.

Nice to have

  • Experience analysing AI/ML-powered product features.
  • Exposure to HR tech, talent acquisition, or workforce data.

Beamery is for Everybody. Diversity and open expression are fundamental to us. We acknowledge the challenges in our industry and strive to develop an inclusive culture where everybody can contribute. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of ethnicity, religion, color, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, national origin, age, disability status, or caregiver status.
