Description A newly created role in this specialist Big 4 team, focusing on working clients who are buying or selling businesses and assets, ensuring compliance and mitigating VAT risks.

You'll be part of a dynamic team, collaborating with national networks on diverse projects.

This role provides the opportunity to develop leadership skills, manage client relationships, and work on varied and challenging assignments.

You will be involved in: Managing due diligence processes from a VAT perspective, VAT compliance, and risks for transaction clients.

Providing strategic VAT structuring and restructuring advice to optimize client business operations.

Identifying opportunities to enhance client service and expand Indirect Tax offerings in the market.

Offering VAT advisory and consultancy for PE-backed companies, real estate businesses, and restructuring clients.

Collaborating with the wider tax national networks on a wide range of projects and initiatives.

To apply you will need: A CTA/ACCA/ACA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience.

Strong Indirect Tax technical and analytical skills for solving complex problems collaboratively and creatively.

Experience in building and maintaining strong client and internal relationships.

Proven project and time management skills, including delegating tasks and excellent communication abilities, with a focus on self-development and team development.
