We’re looking for someone early in their career to join our IT team and help keep our systems, devices, and tools running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the IT Manager and support a wide range of departments.
About The Team
The IT team supports day‑to‑day operations and takes part in projects involving software licensing, hardware, automation, cybersecurity, and internal tooling. We’re collaborative, curious, and solutions‑focused, and we support People, Trust & Safety, and Finance.
The role
A hands‑on entry point into IT. On day one you’ll learn how to troubleshoot and resolve user issues, onboard new staff, and contribute to larger projects that improve productivity through automation and AI‑powered workflows.
What you’ll do
- Provide first‑line support through the service desk – troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues
- Run onboarding and off‑boarding: device setup, account provisioning, access management
- Help manage laptops, software licences, SaaS platforms, and workplace tools
- Maintain IT documentation and knowledge‑sharing resources
- Contribute to projects across automation, operational improvement, and productivity
- Grow into systems administration, security practices, and modern IT operations
What you’ll bring
- Friendly, clear communication with people at every level
- Genuine curiosity about technology – and how AI can improve work processes
- A calm, proactive approach to problem‑solving and comfortable asking questions
- Strong organisation across competing tasks in a fast‑moving environment
- Some familiarity with IT support basics (troubleshooting, operating systems, productivity tools)
- Experience with collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Microsoft 365
Nice to have
- Experience with device management tools (Kandji, Jamf, Intune or similar)
- Familiarity with identity / SSO platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID or similar)
- Experience with ticketing or service desk platforms (Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice or similar)
- MacOS or Windows troubleshooting skills
- A habit of tinkering – scripting, automation, side projects, self‑directed learning
What you’ll learn
- How modern organisations run IT, security, and workplace tech at scale
- Real‑world troubleshooting across devices and systems; how identity, access, and onboarding work as a company grows
- How emerging tools like AI drive productivity – all while collaborating cross‑functionally across the business
