About The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and creative Events Operations Executive to help us deliver standout campaigns and events. You’ll be part of a tight‑knit marketing and comms team, working across everything from logistics and swag to copywriting and campaign execution.

You’ll Be:

  • Running slick external events - managing logistics end‑to‑end, including bookings, materials, suppliers, set‑up and briefings for attendees.
  • Designing memorable Beam‑owned events - creating and delivering unique experiences for our priority sector groups, from roundtables and dinners to flagship customer summits. You’ll also support the People team with internal events when needed.
  • Evaluating impact - capturing the impact of every event along with learnings so that we get better every single time.
  • Owning our swag and merchandise - ensuring our team and partners are always looking sharp, designing, ordering and managing the stock of stand‑out swag and merchandise.
  • Drafting great copy - writing clear, concise copy for Linkedin posts, email newsletters, event invites and more.
  • Helping build and run campaigns - supporting multi‑channel marketing campaigns from start to finish: researching, coordinating, and evaluating alongside the wider team.
  • Staying on top of changing industry - keeping the team up to date with industry opportunities, and owning our events calendar so we never miss a beat.
