Beam is seeking an Employment Specialist to join the Southwark Connect to Work team in London. You will hold a caseload of individuals facing barriers to employment, guiding them into paid work using IPS and SEQF models where appropriate.
Responsibilities include community-based delivery, building referral relationships with local organisations, and supporting participants through job search, placement, and up to 12 months of follow-along support.
