Beam is hiring an Employment Specialist for the Southwark Connect to Work team. You’ll hold a caseload of participants with barriers to employment and support them into paid work using IPS and/or SEQF models, with about 65% face-to-face work in the community across Southwark.
The role requires commuting to Southwark three days a week, plus time spent visiting participants, partner organisations and employers. You’ll build relationships with employers and provide ongoing in-work support.
