About the role
Are you a commercially sharp salesperson who wants to close deals that genuinely change lives? This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth tech startup and drive our expansion into the adult social care sector. You will be at the forefront of this effort, leading complex sales cycles for a product that delivers transformative outcomes for care providers and the people they support through streamlining workflows and improving service delivery.
You will own deals from the first meeting to the signed contract, navigating multi-stakeholder environments with skill and precision. In a sector crying out for innovation, you will be a key player in demonstrating how technology can create a more efficient and impactful social care system.
You’ll be:
- Owning the full sales cycle: Managing the entire process from initial discovery to contract signature, taking ownership of your pipeline and revenue targets.
- Mastering your craft: Using a MEDDPICC-informed approach to rigorously qualify opportunities, create accurate forecasts, and run deep discovery sessions that uncover real customer needs.
- Navigating complex deals: Engaging a diverse range of stakeholders, including operational, clinical, digital, and financial buyers, and guiding them through a structured evaluation process.
- Designing transformative solutions: Working hand-in-hand with our Delivery and Customer Success teams to co-design impactful trials and proposals that deliver on our promises.
- Levelling up our sales playbook: Bringing your insights from the field to constantly refine and improve our team's messaging, strategy, and processes.
You are:
- A proven SaaS sales professional: You have a 2 - 4 year track record of exceeding quota in a B2B SaaS environment, managing complex deals.
- Methodical and disciplined: You have proven success running a structured sales process. Experience with MEDDPICC (or a similar methodology) is essential.
- Naturally curious and structured: You ask sharp questions and love solving the puzzle of a complex sale. You think clearly and can break down complicated problems.
- An exceptional communicator: Clear, compelling, and persuasive, both in writing and in person. You build trust and rapport with ease.
- A strategic partner to the public sector: You understand the nuances of selling into public sector, health, care, or education markets (this is a significant plus).
- Mission-driven: You are fundamentally motivated by doing work that delivers a tangible, positive real-world impact.
Success looks like:
- Consistently hitting and exceeding your revenue targets.
- Closing high-value, multi-year partnerships that are set up for long-term success and transformative impact.
- Having a robust, accurate and reliable pipeline setting you up for both current and future success.
- Sharing insights which are actively shaping and improving our sales process.
