Beam is seeking hands-on Lead Product Engineers to drive forward our engineering department. As a Lead Engineer you will be coding, driving technical direction and a people manager of a small product team.
You will build infrastructure, backend and frontend, work with Product and GTM teams to decide new features, and develop internal tools while applying latest generative AI tooling to empower users and improve workflows.
