As the National Account Manager Ecommerce , you will be responsible for growing our brand portfolio with Amazon and Ocado. With extensive experience in generating sustainable, profitable e-commerce growth, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and connect more consumers with our brands. Your key responsibilities include creating and executing the UK e-commerce strategy aligned with SGS ambitions, developing strong business plans to meet growth targets, managing the full commercial cycle from forecasting to marketing investments, and ensuring all marketing activities deliver positive ROI. Role Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships. Oversee P&L for E-commerce, including volume, NSV, GP, distribution, BI, and Opex, with support from the Off Trade Director. Formulate and control key business processes such as performance updates, demand forecasting, and annual planning. Develop clear business plans for investment in secondary space and activation. Build positive, mutually beneficial relationships with customers. Utilize sales data with the Commercial Marketing team to support strategy and success. Own the rolling sales forecast and collaborate with leadership and finance teams to deliver it monthly. Liaise with key stakeholders including finance, logistics, marketing, and leadership. Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends. Develop and implement monthly reports for directors. Coordinate with marketing and sales channels to align UK commercial and brand strategies. Identify areas for sales process improvement. Collaborate with marketing to connect online execution with in-store activation. Qualifications: Over 5 years of solid sales and commercial experience, including with national customers, demonstrating achievements. Proven knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and growth strategies. Experience in consumer goods working with leading e-commerce customers. Strong leadership and coaching skills, supporting junior team members. Accurate forecasting skills and attention to detail. Analytical skills with the ability to use category insights for growth planning. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on new opportunities.
