What makes this a great opportunity?
Working flexibly according to fast-moving priorities across our Brand Homes on Islay: Bowmore, Laphroaig, and the Bowmore Cottages and The Harbour Inn. This role is based at our Islay office within The Harbour Inn in Bowmore.
The post holder will be responsible for the administration, development, coordination, and delivery of Trade, Media & VIP tours and itineraries, as well as delivering Brand Experiences, Immersions, and Training.
The role involves hosting our guests and clients during their stay on Islay, working closely with the Brand Experience team, and acting as an ambassador for our brands and Islay.
Role Responsibilities
- Design and host trade and VIP visits, itineraries, and experiences
- Develop lasting relationships with customers and VIPs
- Collaborate with Brand Home Managers to create inspiring experiences
- Promote experiences via social media and other channels
- Manage experience suppliers, trade visitor networks, and private clients
- Drive company vehicles as part of experiences (Driving license required; minimum age 25)
