We are recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly respected maintenance contractor with an excellent reputation for quality, stability and service delivery. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Liverpool. About the Role

Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial enquiry through to final account across a wide range of regional projects. You will regularly visit sites, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and play a key role in the commercial success of multiple contracts.

Key Responsibilities
