The Role
You’ll manage multiple client cases from enquiry through to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Working closely with clients and third parties, you’ll keep multiple cases moving at once, ensuring every detail is accurate, deadlines are met and communication is first class.
