Product Marketing Manager

About the role
Beam’s mission is to give everyone access to human-centred welfare services. Great technology is the key to providing this at scale, and we’re building a suite of AI products to revolutionise frontline work.
Our first product, Magic Notes, is an AI-powered tool helping social workers save more than 50% of their time whilst delivering high quality care to vulnerable residents who need it most.
There’s lots of excitement across Government around using advanced technology to tangibly improve the lives of residents and with Magic Notes we can pioneer the use of AI in frontline services.
Key responsibilities
- You’ll take ownership across the whole product lifecycle, from helping shape the product, driving the launch of new features and growing user adoption post launch.
- Develop a market-leading positioning for our expanding suite of products, including into new verticals.
- Drive user adoption; everything from launch campaigns to in-product messaging and lifecycle communications, sales and promotional materials and webinars.
- Build engaging, consistent product messaging which captures the impact of Magic Notes and lands with existing and potential customers.
- Build go to market strategies for new and existing products and features, and work with the wider GTM team to execute them.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer and user needs, industry trends and the competitive landscape and utilise this to iterate on product and GTM strategy.
You are
- An experienced product marketer, with experience in fast paced start ups and a track record of launching products or services.
- Excited to roll up your sleeves. This is a hands-on role with broad impact. You’ll want to do everything from copywriting, analysis, through to running webinars and meetups.
- An excellent communicator and writer – you can write simple, compelling copy and craft engaging narratives for a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent cross functional collaborator – you love working with other people in a fast paced, fluid environment.
- Interested in the potential for AI to transform the public sector.
