Beam Inc. is seeking an Employment Specialist to join the Southwark Connect to Work team. You will hold a caseload of individuals facing barriers to employment and support them into paid work using IPS and/or SEQF models, tailored to each participant.
You will work predominantly in the community across Southwark, managing referrals, building employer links and delivering holistic, aftercare support for up to 12 months post placement.
