The Role.
As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding service from breakfast through to dinner.
You'll lead by example, motivate the team, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience in a busy, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities.
- Lead and manage our fast-paced breakfast and brunch service, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction..
- Support the General Manager with the daily running of the restaurant.
- Supervise, train, and develop the front-of-house team.
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist with staff scheduling, stock control, and opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
What We're Looking For.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy restaurant or café.
- Proven experience managing high-volume breakfast service.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexible to work full-time, including weekends and bank holidays.
