Beagle have been retained by a luxury goods company to identify a Website Trading Manager for a 12 month FTC. The Website Trading Manager plays a critical role in maximising revenue from the website by optimising conversion rates and consistent management of merchandising, UX and content to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations and trading of the website.
- Liaise with web developers to address site issues and implement improvements.
- Conduct visual and product merchandising, optimizing product assortments and collections in alignment with the marketing plan.
- Build campaign-specific pages and manage recipe and blog content to engage customers.
- Develop a reporting and KPI framework alongside the Head of Marketing & E-commerce.
- Regularly review, analyse, and report on sales performance, website performance and key metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify and implement SEO opportunities to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Optimise conversion rates through continuous testing and improvement of user experience.
To be successful in this role you will need commercial experience in managing and optimising DTC websites for either food and beverage or luxury retail businesses. You will need to have working experience of Google Analytics 4, Shopify Plus and Conversion Rate Optimisation.
