Beagle works with some of the world's most exciting scale-up businesses. We support Private Equity, network agencies, and founders alike, in helping their businesses find game-changing talent and create winning cultures. We're building a recruitment business that values quality over volume, relationships over transactions, and long-term success over short-term wins.
You'll have the autonomy to make an impact, the support to develop your skills, and the opportunity to grow with the business. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who is keen to join us on the next stage of what is shaping up to be an exciting journey.
You’ll need a track record of independently winning and delivering on recruitment assignments, preferably in the tech or creative space. As a remote-first organisation, the cliché of being a self-starter does apply. The ability to get the job done, whilst knowing when to ask for help, is crucial.
We have a great resource and operations function, leaving you to focus on sales and recruiting, so this must be the part of the job you enjoy and are good at. If you think your career should be measured in more meaningful ways than KPIs or you’re fed up of the transactional nature of recruiting, then get in touch. This is an important hire for us, and we’re keen to make it work for the right person.
