We’re seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a growing Salesforce platform within a complex, multi-entity environment. You’ll act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce supports core processes across sales, operations, and customer experience. This role requires balancing local business needs with group-level governance in a shared Salesforce org.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce vision, roadmap, and ongoing development
- Translate business needs into user stories and prioritised backlog
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
- Manage delivery, UAT, and phased rollouts across Sales, Marketing, and Service Cloud
- Oversee integrations, data migration, and platform enhancements
- Ensure strong data governance, security, and system integrity
- Drive user adoption, training, and continuous improvement
Experience required
- Experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, CRM Lead, or similar
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Marketing, Service Cloud)
- Experience in shared or enterprise Salesforce environments
- Skilled in stakeholder management and Agile delivery
- Confident translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Salesforce certification preferred
This is a West London based role working 5 days per week on site.
