A fast‑growing ad‑tech company is looking for a Marketing Manager to own all marketing activity end‑to‑end. This is a hands‑on, strategic role with direct visibility to the founders, responsible for building trust, brand awareness and inbound interest across advertisers, agencies and publishers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the full marketing plan and budget for the business.
- Build strong partnerships with IAB, AOP and other relevant industry bodies to increase trust and visibility.
- Run PR activity and relationships with top‑tier publications (e.g. Digiday, Campaign, trade press).
- Write and publish blogs and thought‑leadership content that showcase product capabilities and market perspective.
- Plan and deliver events such as vertical breakfasts and roundtables for clients, agencies and publishers.
- Own social media channels (especially LinkedIn): new hires, company news, product updates and campaign activity.
- Lead all event planning, logistics and budgeting from concept through to post‑event follow‑up.
- Report weekly to the founders with clear updates on activities, performance and next steps.
Requirements
- B2B marketing experience in ad‑tech, martech or digital media.
- Strong copywriting skills and confidence producing content independently.
- Proven experience planning, running and hosting events.
- Hands‑on experience managing social channels and maintaining a consistent brand voice (especially LinkedIn).
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously in a small, fast‑moving team.
