Senior Producer – Global Brand Experience Agency

We’re hiring for a global creative agency delivering culture-led brand experiences, content and live activations for major consumer brands. Collaborative, inclusive and quality-driven, this is a place where senior producers shape meaningful work.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end production across experiences, content and live activations
• Scope, schedule, resource and manage budgets with precision
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and suppliers with clear, effective ways of working
• Act as a senior partner to clients and internal teams
• Shape pitch responses and proposals, balancing creativity with commercial rigour
• Spot risks early and protect quality, safety and cost
• Mentor junior team members and help evolve workflows and tools

What you bring

• 5+ years in a senior production role within a creative/experiential/integrated agency
• Proven delivery of large-scale, multi-channel projects
• Deep understanding of the production lifecycle
• Experience leading teams and managing suppliers
• Strong commercial judgement
• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
