We’re looking for a Commercial Director to lead the commercial launch and growth of an innovative AI-native production platform for the creative industries. This is an individual-contributor role for a self-starter who can build relationships across the creative sector, develop a pipeline from scratch, own the full sales cycle and deliver measurable revenue growth. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to turn early traction into a repeatable and scalable sales engine. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious technology business at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in shaping its commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through demos, negotiation and close.
  • Build and manage pipeline against revenue targets through outbound, inbound and industry opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that connect technology to clear creative and commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to refine the ideal customer profile, messaging and sales approach.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline and forecasting.
  • Feed customer and market insight back into the business and help build scalable sales processes as the company grows.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and customer meetings.

  • 5+ years of commercial experience, ideally selling SaaS, technology or digital products into creative, media, production, advertising or content businesses.

  • Experience owning a full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting.
  • Strong understanding of the creative industries and credibility with creative, production, innovation or commercial leaders.
