Our client, a globally recognised art gallery, is embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey – and are looking for a strategic, driven, and collaborative Interim Product Owner to lead the way. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining, prioritising, and delivering digital product initiatives that support the gallery’s strategic goals. You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users—owning the vision and roadmap for digital systems including CRM, and PIM platforms. What you’ll do Own and manage the digital product roadmap across all platforms, with a focus on CRM, and PIM systems. Lead discovery, planning, and delivery of new digital features and enhancements to improve user experience and engagement. Lead the full project lifecycle, championing Agile ways of working. Drive alignment across stakeholders — from finance to IT to executive leadership. Ensure the systems meet regulatory and operational requirements. Monitor performance post-launch and continuously improve the solution. Experience required Proven experience as a Product Owner delivering new business systems for an art gallery, auction house, museum or similar. Experience in managing CRM and PIM systems. Agile mindset and hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence etc. Outstanding communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with system integration, IT infrastructure, and software development projects. This is a hybrid role with the expectation that you will be in the London office 4 days per week. This is a 6 month interim role outside of IR35.
