We’re working with a forward-thinking digital product organisation on a mission to become truly AI-native — not just by adopting tools, but by transforming how software is designed, built, and delivered. They’re looking for a Senior AI Enablement Engineer to play a pivotal role in redefining modern engineering practice through AI-assisted development. This is a hands-on senior engineering role for someone who believes AI is fundamentally changing the craft of software development. You’ll act as a technical leader, mentor, and catalyst for change, embedding within delivery teams to champion AI-first workflows, modern development practices, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Shaping and evolving engineering practices for an AI-driven development environment
- Driving adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows
- Pairing, coaching, and mentoring engineers to raise overall capability
- Remaining hands-on: coding, problem-solving, and leading by example
