Beagle Aircraft is seeking a highly skilled Lead NPI Engineer to steer New Product Introduction from concept to full production. You will drive manufacturing readiness, develop processes and routings, and lead first article builds and validation activities to ensure Right First Time manufacture.
You will work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to solve technical challenges, support RFQs and continuously improve early production processes.
