Beagle are working on behalf of a leading global art gallery to recruit an Interim Project Management Officer who will support the establishment and optimisation of project management processes and systems for a new transformation initiative. This role will be pivotal in establishing and professionalising project management across both technology and project teams. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Head of Transformation to ensure effective governance and reporting is established and timely and accurate information is communicated to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement project management processes, including RAID logs, to track risks, actions, issues, and decisions.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive transformation programme reports, ensuring accurate and timely communication of project progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Stakeholders to align processes with organisational goals.
- Monitor project performance and provide insights to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Experience required:
- Prior experience as a Project Management Officer.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Smartsheet).
- Experience in supporting ERP, CRM and web implementation projects, working with external vendors and internal delivery teams.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong program and project management expertise, ability to work with a range of methodologies including both Agile and Waterfall.
