We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Field Services Engineer to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for our client’s systems. As a key member of the service team, you will work directly with luxury hotel clients to ensure systems are running efficiently, address technical issues, and provide high-quality service.
You will need to be comfortable with working in a client facing role with the ability to highlight product benefits and features to customers, and upselling where appropriate. You must be willing to travel (including within Europe) and stay in luxury hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installations, configurations, and upgrades of company systems at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues at customer sites.
- Provide proactive maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on-site, helping them maximise the value of their systems.
- Ensure all service activities are documented and reported in accordance with company procedures.
If you have a background as a maintenance or facilities engineer within hospitality then we would be keen to hear from you. Experience with plumbing systems is highly beneficial. The geographic remit for this role is the within the M25 area.
