** Experience with GenAI technologies required** We’re working with one of our most exciting MarTech clients to recruit a Customer Success Manager who will partner with enterprise businesses, guiding them through the adoption and scaling of our client’s GenAI adtech platform. Your mission will be to educate clients regarding the value of GenAI, demonstrating how it can be integrated into workflows and processes. You will assist in navigating any uncertainties, driving client adoption, and helping to unlock the full potential of GenAI within their organisations. You will need to be a great communicator, someone who is comfortable in working in a scaling business and keen crack on with the job. Success will be measured in terms of customer satisfaction and revenue growth a sales focussed mindset is key. Experience required: 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success with a focus on Generative AI platforms/products. Proven track record of successfully onboarding and expanding enterprise accounts. Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships and drive growth.
