Beagle works with some of the world's most exciting scale-up businesses. We support Private Equity, Network agencies and Founders alike, in helping their businesses find game-changing talent and create winning cultures. Our client base is growing, and we need to expand also.
To be part of the team you must have a demonstrable track record of independently winning business outside of established PSLs. You will have spent a significant part of your most recent career in a recruitment agency, delivering on assignments preferably in the tech or creative space.
We have had an incredible 18 months, establishing ourselves as the world’s only Global GenAI Search Firm, and are rapidly expanding our client base in this area with some big names retaining us. We’re looking for an experienced 360 recruiter who is keen to join us on the next stage of what is shaping up to be an exciting journey.
As a remote first organisation, the cliché of being a self-starter does apply. The ability to get the job done, whilst knowing when to ask for help is crucial. We have a great resource and operations function, leaving you to focus on sales and recruiting so this must be the part of the job you enjoy and are good at.
If you think your career should be measured in more meaningful ways than KPI’s or you’re fed up of the transactional nature of recruiting, then get in touch. This is an important hire for us, and we’re keen to make it work for the right person.
