The Role
Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you’ll lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from concept through to full production, ensuring new aerospace products are successfully industrialised and delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, you’ll drive manufacturing readiness, lead technical problem-solving and support the successful launch of new aerospace programmes.
