Purpose
Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, act as the primary commercial interface for designated key customer accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives, maximising customer satisfaction, and securing profitable long-term relationships.

Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for allocated customer accounts, building trusted and strategic relationships that align with customer and company goals.
- Lead all commercial interactions with key accounts, including proposals, quotations, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals, ensuring profitability and compliance.
- Monitor and manage contract performance, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules, quality standards, and SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including operations, engineering, and supply chain—to ensure on-time delivery and resolution of technical or logistical challenges.
- Conduct regular account reviews and business planning sessions with customers to understand future needs and identify areas for additional value creation.
- Track and report on account performance metrics such as revenue, margin, order intake, and customer satisfaction scores, providing insights and forecasts to senior management.
- Coordinate internal resources to support new product introduction (NPI), engineering changes, and ramp-up/ramp-down activities specific to customer programs.
- Represent the customer voice internally, advocating for their needs while balancing business priorities and constraints.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and deepening customer integration.
