Beagle Aircraft is seeking a CNC Machine Shop Supervisor to lead the day-to-day performance of the Machine Shop in Christchurch. This hands-on leadership role requires guiding an experienced machining team, setting production priorities and improving safety, quality and efficiency.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will manage daily operations, scheduling and capacity to ensure OTIF delivery, while driving continuous improvement and Lean practices in aerospace manufacturing.
