Beagle Aircraft, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Lead NPI Engineer to drive New Product Introduction from concept to production release. You will coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure manufacturability and on-time delivery of high-quality aerospace products.

The role focuses on developing manufacturing processes, tooling, and validation activities, while supporting RFQs and continuous improvement during early stages.
