The predicted salary is between 37000 - 44000 £ per year.
To work autonomously in providing an ultrasound service to scan a wide selection of patients, creating a written report on the results and discussing these, when appropriate, with the patient. A minimum of a post-graduate certificate in Medical Ultrasound, clinical expertise and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential requirements.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly to support the Ultrasound service within clinics across several sites. This may include working with different teams and environments on a regular basis. The range of ultrasound provided includes abdominal, general medicine, pelvis and superficial imaging. MSK ultrasound skills are an advantage.
The Sonographer will have a minimum of two years postgraduate experience in medical ultrasound from a C.A.S.E Accredited UK University.

We are looking for highly motivated UK experienced Sonographers to join our well established clinical team. We are commissioned by the NHS to provide ultrasound at various locations across Stockport. We deliver non-obstetric ultrasound using the latest GE mobile machines. The range of ultrasound provided includes abdominal, general medicine, pelvis and superficial imaging. MSK ultrasound skills are an advantage.
