We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented and proactive Research Associate (Mandarin Speaker) to join our Research Operations team.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a life sciences graduate with fluent Mandarin language skills to build a career in research, data analysis and competitive intelligence.
You'll play an important role in supporting our Chinese Language Team, helping to curate and quality check data that is used by leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies around the world.
Responsibilities
- Support the Chinese Language Team with the triage, translation and curation of Mandarin-language content.
- Review and quality check drug, clinical trial, company and deal records to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct prospective and retrospective quality control activities across Beacon datasets.
- Provide feedback, training and support to colleagues involved in data capture processes.
- Assist with the production of newsletters, digests, conference reports and other research content.
- Respond to customer and sales queries within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with researchers, account managers and other stakeholders across the business.
- Monitor scientific and commercial developments across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
- Support key datasets and workflows when colleagues are absent.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Fluent Mandarin language skills (reading, writing and speaking).
- A degree in a Life Sciences subject.
