The Solutions Consultant plays a crucial role in collaborating with prospects and clients to address pain points within their current operational framework. Their primary goal is to secure new business by showcasing how the Clearwater solution effectively resolves issues and enhances the overall value of their operations. As an integral member of the sales team, the Solutions Consultant serves as a subject matter expert on the Clearwater Solution, harnessing their profound expertise in finance, accounting, and/or technology to support clients.
Responsibilities:
- Win new business to meet team sales quotas.
- Assist in the development of compelling proposals and RFP responses.
- Work with prospective clients to understand their current systems, processes, business requirements, subsequent challenges and how their operations will be enhanced by utilizing the Clearwater solution.
- Document solution requirements and prospect/client processes to ensure successful implementation and customer delight.
- Provide relevant product and market feedback to Clearwater’s product management, development, global delivery, and client services teams.
- Assist with critical research and preparation for sales visits.
Required Skills:
- Proven record of exceeding goals/quotas.
- Relevant experience in Insurance, Investment Management, FinTech, Investment Accounting, or Investment Operations.
