We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our friendly and forward-thinking general practice team. You will work autonomously as well as collaboratively with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
Responsibilities
