Overview

Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Develop strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met in a compassionate, respectful, and dignified manner. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the care coordinator. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients, following health and safety guidelines. A caring, patient, and professional approach to home care. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
