Beacon in Farnborough is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operational and administrative life of the church, leading the Operations Team and working closely with the Senior Pastor, ministry leaders, staff and volunteers.
This role focuses on bringing order to complexity, building strong foundations for ministry, and enabling teams to thrive as the church grows and enters an exciting season of change.
