We are partnering with a high profile entertainment organisation seeking a Senior Employment Counsel to join its legal team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, business-facing role within a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
The Role
- Lead on all employment law matters across the UK (with exposure to international issues), providing strategic and commercial advice to senior stakeholders and HR.
- Advise on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Lead on complex investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.
- Support on senior exits, restructures and organisational change.
- Advise on employment aspects of commercial projects and corporate transactions.
- Draft and update employment contracts, policies and executive service agreements.
- Partner closely with HR and senior leadership to provide pragmatic, solutions-led advice.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong judgement, confidence and the ability to operate in a dynamic, brand-sensitive environment.
About You
- UK qualified solicitor with 6+ years' employment law experience.
- A background combining private practice and in-house experience is strongly desired.
- Strong technical employment law expertise across contentious and advisory matters.

- Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating autonomously within a lean legal team.
